PRODUCT CARE
It is easy to clean PaPaSeat. All you need is to dip a sponge or rag into soap water and wipe away the dirt. Since PaPaSeat is made with aluminum you don't need to worry about rust. After cleaning use a clean cloth to wipe it dry.
Prior to using PaPaSeat, please thoroughly inspect if there are cracks on the frame, quick release lock damaged or any part of the bike seat that seem to be broken. Do not use PaPaSeat if cracks appear on the bike seat or parts missing. Contact us immediately for repair or parts replacement.
WARRANTY
PaPaSeat comes with one year guarantee against manufacturer defects under the original purchaser from the date of purchase. In case of warranty, when a repair is not possible, the product will be replaced.
The warranty does not cover and or does not apply to the following:
Handle bar, foot rest, seat pad, quick release locks for handle bars, foot rest and seat post and paint. These parts are sections of the bike seat that are susceptible to normal wear and tear.
•When the product has been used for more than 1 year.
•When the product has been missed or not used carefully.
•When the was exposed to extreme weather conditions.
•When the product is used as rental part.
•When the product is installed incorrectly.
This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover any damage to non-PaPaSeat products resulting in the use of PaPaSeat. No warranty is honored for defects resulting from, but not limited to the following conditions:
•Normal wear and tear
•Scratches
•Modification of any kind
•Overloading
•Misuse
•Neglect
•Dropping
•Natural disasters
•Accidents
•Storage of product in hot or humid conditions
•Off road riding
In the even that PaPaSeat is defective, please contact the dealer where the product was purchased. Or you can contact PaPaSeat directly csr@papaseat.com. Please provide proof of purchase.
Shipping costs (freight, duty, documentation fees) to dealer / PaPaSeat will be your responsibility. PaPaSeat will pay for return shipping costs only. Upon receiving your product for repair and proof of purchase for warranty, we will determine if the product can be repaired.
Disclaimer of Liability: This warranty does not cover damages caused due to use of PaPaSeat. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but excepting the warranties which are expressly provided by law.
In no event will PaPaSeat be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages which were not directly and clearly caused by a defecting product.
